Groundnut Chikki
Ingredients
  • 1 cup groundnut.
  • ¾ cup sugar or jaggery.
  • 1 spoon ghee.
 
Method
  • Roast groundnut, peel it and crush it into half.
  • Take sugar in a bowl and boil it, put 1spoon ghee in it.
  • Make chasni without adding water in it.
  • Now mix the groundnut in it properly.
  • Take a dish or plastic and put the ghee on it , spread the chikki and roll it.
  • Now break into pieces you like.
  • You can also make chikki out of dryfruit, coconut, mamra, daliya in the same way.
