Chinese Pulav
Ingredients:
150 gm Rice.
100 gm French bean.
100 gm Carrot.
100 gm Capsicum.
3 Onion.
2 tbsp Soya sauce.
½ tsp Aajino moto.
3 tbsp oil.
Salt.
Sauce & green chilies.
Method:
Wash the rice & cook it .
French bean Carrot, Capsicum, Onion finely chopped.
Heat oil in a pan, put chopped veg & aajinomoto.
Cook for 4 to 5 min put rice, soya sauce & salt in it.
Mix well for 2 min.
Serve Pulav with chili sauce & chili.
Note:
Aajino moto can be put in a chinese only.
Scientific name is Mono Sodium Glutamate.
