Chinese Pulav
Ingredients:
  • 150 gm Rice.
  • 100 gm French bean.
  • 100 gm Carrot.
  • 100 gm Capsicum.
  • 3 Onion.
  • 2 tbsp Soya sauce.
  • ½ tsp Aajino moto.
  • 3 tbsp oil.
  • Salt.
  • Sauce & green chilies.

Method:
  • Wash the rice & cook it .
  • French bean Carrot, Capsicum, Onion finely chopped.
  • Heat oil in a pan, put chopped veg & aajinomoto.
  • Cook for 4 to 5 min put rice, soya sauce & salt in it.
  • Mix well for 2 min.
  • Serve Pulav with chili sauce & chili.

Note:

  • Aajino moto can be put in a chinese only.
  • Scientific name is Mono Sodium Glutamate.
