Chinese rolls
Ingredients:
  • 3 sp cornflour.
  • 3 potatoes (big & boiled)
  • ½ cup bread crumps + vermicelli.
  • ½ cup cabbage (finely chopped)
  • 1 carrot (small pieces)
  • ½ cup coriander (finely chopped)
  • ½ cup white corn boiled.
  • 1sp oil.
  • A pinch of mono sodium glumate (ajinomoto)
  • 1 tsp ginger chilly paste.
  • Salt to taste.

Method:

  • Smash potatoes.
  • Mix salt and corn flour in it.
  • Fry cabbage, carrot and corn in 1 sp oil.
  • Add ajinomoto.
  • As it gets soft put down and aloe it to cool.
  • Add ginger chilly paste.
  • Add this mixture in potatoes.
  • Make long rolls from it.
  • Crumble them in bread crumps and vermicelli.
  • Fry the rolls in hot oil.
