Chinese Sandwich
Ingredients:
  • 4 Slices bread.
  • 1 Onion.
  • 1 Capsicum.
  • ½ Cup cabbage.
  • ½ Cup carrot.
  • 2 Green chilly.
  • ½ Ginger.
  • 1 tsp vinegar.
  • 1 tsp Soya sauce.
  • 1 tsp oil.
  • 2 tbsp butter.
  • Cheese.
  • Salt to taste.

Method:
  • Take a pan, add oil and saute ginger, green chilly and all the vegetables.
  • Don't fry. Add Soya sauce, chilly sauce, salt, vinegar. Keep the pan aside.
  • Take a slice of bread, apply cheese on aside and put the prepared veggies on it.
  • Close with the second slice, apply butter on each side and put it on a sandwich toaster until bread becomes crispy
  • You can have this sandwich with ketchup.
