4 Slices bread.
½ Cup cabbage.
½ Cup carrot.
2 Green chilly.
1 tsp vinegar.
1 tsp Soya sauce.
1 tsp oil.
2 tbsp butter.
Salt to taste.
Take a pan, add oil and saute ginger, green chilly and all the vegetables.
Don't fry. Add Soya sauce, chilly sauce, salt, vinegar. Keep the pan aside.
Take a slice of bread, apply cheese on aside and put the prepared veggies on it.
Close with the second slice, apply butter on each side and put it on a sandwich toaster until bread becomes crispy
You can have this sandwich with ketchup.
