Hare Chane ke kabab
Ingredients:
1 cup green gram.
1 cup paneer (grated).
½ cup Onion finely chopped.
½ cup mint.
1 spoon Ginger paste.
8-10 Garlic paste.
Coriander finely chopped.
1 spoon garam masala.
1 spoon coriander seeds powder.
1 spoon Lemon juice.
Salt as per taste.
1 spoon Oil.
Method:
Wash green gram put it for overnight.
Wash & drain it in 3 ½ cup water put it in pressure cooker.
Mashed it mix paneer & other ingredient.
Mix it well.
Make a kabab shape.
Take a frying pan heat oil put kabab fry till it turns into golden colour.
Serve it hot.
