Hare Chane ke kabab
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup green gram.
  • 1 cup paneer (grated).
  • ½ cup Onion finely chopped.
  • ½ cup mint.
  • 1 spoon Ginger paste.
  • 8-10 Garlic paste.
  • Coriander finely chopped.
  • 1 spoon garam masala.
  • 1 spoon coriander seeds powder.
  • 1 spoon Lemon juice.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • 1 spoon Oil.

Method:
  • Wash green gram put it for overnight.
  • Wash & drain it in 3 ½ cup water put it in pressure cooker.
  • Mashed it mix paneer & other ingredient.
  • Mix it well.
  • Make a kabab shape.
  • Take a frying pan heat oil put kabab fry till it turns into golden colour.
  • Serve it hot.
