Ingredients:
  • 200 gm Paneer Small pieces.
  • 10 Tbsp Maida. (Refined Flour)
  • 2 Tbsp Corn Flour.
  • 1/2 Tsp Black Peeper.
  • 6 Tbsp Nankeen Chili Sauce.
  • Ajino motto
  • Salt as per taste.
For Gravy
  • ½ cup Capsicum ( finely chopped).
  • ½ cup Onion (finely chopped).
  • 6 Green chilies finely chopped.
  • 10 Garlic & 3 Ginger make it into paste or( finely chopped).
  • ½ cup Coriander finely chopped.
  • ½ cup Tomato sauce.
  • 4 tsp Nankeen chili Sauce.
  • 3 Tbsp Corn flour ( ½ cup dissolved in water).
  • 1 tsp Black peeper powder.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • 4 big Red chili.
  • Little red colour.
  • Ajino motto.
  • 4 tbsp Oil.
  • 5 cup Veg. Stock.

Method:
  • Take a plate mix paneer, maida, corn flour, black peeper, nankeen chili sauce, aajino motto, salt mix with hands if need put water sprinkle make any shape of kofta
  • Take pan heat oil put kofta & fry until it change into dark brown colour.
  • Take a pan heat oil put red chili, ginger-garlic paste fry for 2 min put onion, capsicum, aajino motto cook for 2 min.
  • Then put veg. stock ,cook it put sauce, black peeper, red colour mix it.
  • Mix well.
  • Put kofta & boil it put corn flour.
  • Switch off gas sprinkle coriander serve hot.
  • Serve with fried rice & jeera rice.
