Singapore Fried Rice
Ingredients:
  • 1cup rice.
  • ½ cup shredded cabbage.
  • ½ cup capsicum (finely chopped)
  • ½ cup chopped carrot.
  • ½ cup spring onion.
  • ½ cup small piece mushroom.
  • 3"ginger.
  • 3 seed garlic (finely chopped)
  • ½ tsp turmeric.
  • 5 tsp nankin chilly sauce.
  • ¼ tsp black pepper powder.
  • 3 pinch ajino motto.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 5 tsp oil.

Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add onion, ginger, chilly, garlic.
  • Add boiled vegetable, ajino motto.
  • After 2 minute add masalas, sauce & cook it.
  • Than add rice, onion, mushroom, salt.
  • Rice became warm off gas.
Note:
  • Eat with American chopsey or Manchurian Sauce.
