Singapore Fried Rice
½ cup shredded cabbage.
½ cup capsicum (finely chopped)
½ cup chopped carrot.
½ cup spring onion.
½ cup small piece mushroom.
3 seed garlic (finely chopped)
½ tsp turmeric.
5 tsp nankin chilly sauce.
¼ tsp black pepper powder.
3 pinch ajino motto.
Salt to taste.
5 tsp oil.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add onion, ginger, chilly, garlic.
Add boiled vegetable, ajino motto.
After 2 minute add masalas, sauce & cook it.
Than add rice, onion, mushroom, salt.
Rice became warm off gas.
Eat with American chopsey or Manchurian Sauce.
