Method
for Chapatti: - Mix
oil & salt in maida and mix it to make dough

Keep it for 1/2 an hour

Take some dough and roll like a thin chapatti

Heat oil in a pan and fry the chapattis
- Soak
it on the tissue paper & put it one by one on each of them.
Method
for Stuffing: - Heat
1tsp oil in a pan

Add carrot, capsicum, celery leaves, ginger chilly paste, nankin sauce, soyasauce,
ajino moto, pepper, salt, mix it, put off the gas & then mix cabbage, noodles
& spring onion
- Keep
it for 5 mins
- Take
chapatti in a pan
- Apply
2 sp sauce, mix stuffed, turn round the chapatti
- Serve
it with tissue paper or plastic bag.
