Potato
Vegetable In Chinese Style

Ingredients:

- 4 big potatoes
(80% cooked)
- 1 sp garlic (finely
chopped)
- ½ sp ginger
(finely chopped)
- 1 sp green chilies
(finely chopped)
- 1 sp tomato ketchup
- 2 tsp soya sauce
- ½ chilly
sauce
- 2 tsp cornflour
- 4 tsp oil
- Salt to taste
- Green onions for
decoration.

Method:
- Cut potato in long
strips.
- Heat oil in a pan
& deep-fry the potatoes & keep them aside.
- Fry garlic, ginger
& green chilly paste in the leftover oil and cook it for sometime.
- Add fried potatoes,
tomato ketchup, soyasauce, chilly sauce & salt.
- Mix corn flour
in ½ cup of water and put it in the vegetable & cook it for
1-2 min.
- Garnish it with
green onion long strips and serve it hot.
