Potato Vegetable In Chinese Style
Ingredients:
  • 4 big potatoes (80% cooked)
  • 1 sp garlic (finely chopped)
  • ½ sp ginger (finely chopped)
  • 1 sp green chilies (finely chopped)
  • 1 sp tomato ketchup
  • 2 tsp soya sauce
  • ½ chilly sauce
  • 2 tsp cornflour
  • 4 tsp oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Green onions for decoration.

Method:

  • Cut potato in long strips.
  • Heat oil in a pan & deep-fry the potatoes & keep them aside.
  • Fry garlic, ginger & green chilly paste in the leftover oil and cook it for sometime.
  • Add fried potatoes, tomato ketchup, soyasauce, chilly sauce & salt.
  • Mix corn flour in ½ cup of water and put it in the vegetable & cook it for 1-2 min.
  • Garnish it with green onion long strips and serve it hot.
