Method:
For filling:
- Heat 2 tsp oil
in a pan.
- Add onion, carrot
and capsicum and cook it for ½ min.
- Add cabbage and
cook it for 1 min.
- Add soya sauce,
sitchuaan sauce and salt.
- Add spring onion
leaves and sprouted beans and cook it for 1 min.
- Heat the non-stick
pan of dosa and apply oil on it.
- Spread dosa fermentation
on the pan.
- Then spread the
cooked vegetable on the dosa & allow it to cook till the down part
becomes golden brown.
- Make roll of it,
cut it from middle and serve it hot.
