Spring Dosa
Ingredients:
  • 4 cup dosa khiru (fermentation)
  • 4-5 tsp oil.
  • 1 onion (thin slice)
  • 2 shredded carrots.
  • 1 capsicum (thin slice)
  • ¼ finely chopped cabbage.
  • ½ tsp soya sauce.
  • ½ sp white pepper powder.
  • 1 tsp sitchuaan sauce.
  • Salt to taste.
  • ½ cup sprouted beans.
  • ½ cup spring onion leaves (finely chopped)
Method:

For filling:

  • Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan.
  • Add onion, carrot and capsicum and cook it for ½ min.
  • Add cabbage and cook it for 1 min.
  • Add soya sauce, sitchuaan sauce and salt.
  • Add spring onion leaves and sprouted beans and cook it for 1 min.
  • Heat the non-stick pan of dosa and apply oil on it.
  • Spread dosa fermentation on the pan.
  • Then spread the cooked vegetable on the dosa & allow it to cook till the down part becomes golden brown.
  • Make roll of it, cut it from middle and serve it hot.
