Method:
- Heat oil in a non-stick
pan and sizzle with cumin seeds (jeera).
- Add Carrot, green
chilly, ginger, green peas, red chilly, turmeric, garam masala and salt
in it and cook it for 2 min.
- Allow it to cool.
- Add smash potatoes
in it.
- Add mango powder
and coriander in it.
- Make 8 piece of
potato masala and make rolls like cuttlace.
- Roast it with oil
on a pan.
- For making Frankie
take a chapatti and apply green chutney on it.
- Put potato pattice
on it.
- Then put onion
on top of it.
- Put little vinegar
and little chat masala on it.
- Make roll of it
and wrap it in a alluminium foil.
- Serve it hot.
