Banana Rostey
Ingredients:
2 raw banana.
2 tbsp cornflour.
1 t.sp garam masala.
4-6 grinded green chilies.
1 t. sp chat masala.
2 tbsp kismis.
¼ cup groundnut.
Salt & pepper as per taste.
Method:
:
Make thick paste of boiled raw banana.
Mix all the rest masalas and mix it with the light hands.
Make small balls from it
Fry it golden brown & till it becomes crispy.
While serving sprinkle chat masala on the balls.
Serve it with fried green chilies.
Note:
This item is very good for jains.
