Banana Rostey

Ingredients:

  • 2 raw banana.
  • 2 tbsp cornflour.
  • 1 t.sp garam masala.
  • 4-6 grinded green chilies.
  • 1 t. sp chat masala.
  • 2 tbsp kismis.
  • ¼ cup groundnut.
  • Salt & pepper as per taste.
Method::
  • Make thick paste of boiled raw banana.
  • Mix all the rest masalas and mix it with the light hands.
  • Make small balls from it
  • Fry it golden brown & till it becomes crispy.
  • While serving sprinkle chat masala on the balls.
  • Serve it with fried green chilies.
Note:
  • This item is very good for jains.
