Churma
Na Ladoo

Ingredients:
- 2cup wheat flour.
- 2cup ghee+ ghee
for frying.
- Milk as needed.
- 1 ½ cup
shredded jaggery.
- 1 ½ cup
powdered sugar.
- ¼ sp green
cardamom powder.
- ½ cup poppy
seeds(khaskhas)
- ¼ sp nutmeg
powder.

Method:
- Take wheat flour
in a bowl, mix ½ cup melted ghee & milk as needed and make
thick dough from it.
- Make small balls
from the dough.
- Heat ghee in a
pan and fry the balls in it.
- Keep the fried
balls on the absorbent paper.
- Heat the jaggery
in a pan on the low flame.
- Mix the left over
ghee in the melted jaggery.
- Grind the balls
in the grinder.
- Add cardamom &
nutmeg powder.
- Mix melted jaggery
& sugar powder in it.
- Mix all the ingredients
properly.
- Make balls from
the mixture & roll the balls in the khaskhas.
- Serve it.
