Churma Na Ladoo
  • 2cup wheat flour.
  • 2cup ghee+ ghee for frying.
  • Milk as needed.
  • 1 ½ cup shredded jaggery.
  • 1 ½ cup powdered sugar.
  • ¼ sp green cardamom powder.
  • ½ cup poppy seeds(khaskhas)
  • ¼ sp nutmeg powder.
  • Take wheat flour in a bowl, mix ½ cup melted ghee & milk as needed and make thick dough from it.
  • Make small balls from the dough.
  • Heat ghee in a pan and fry the balls in it.
  • Keep the fried balls on the absorbent paper.
  • Heat the jaggery in a pan on the low flame.
  • Mix the left over ghee in the melted jaggery.
  • Grind the balls in the grinder.
  • Add cardamom & nutmeg powder.
  • Mix melted jaggery & sugar powder in it.
  • Mix all the ingredients properly.
  • Make balls from the mixture & roll the balls in the khaskhas.
  • Serve it.
