CURRY

Ingredients:
- 50
gm. Gram flour (Besan)
- Butter
milk, Salt to taste.
- Jaggery,
Red chilly powder, Cumin seed, Mustard seed, Fenugreek seed.
- Clove,
Cinnamon, Turmeric (optional)

Method:
- Heat
ghee in a pan.
- Put
1 clove, 1cinnamon, cumin seed, mustard seed, fenugreek seed & pinch
of aseafoetida.
- Add
butter milk in it.
- As
butter milk gets boil after 2 minutes add gram flour in it.
- Stir
very well while adding flour to it, to avoid accumulation of flour in
buttermilk.
- Then
add salt, jaggery, red chilly powder and turmeric in it.

Boil it till it gets a little thick.
