In Gujrati
  • 50 gm. Gram flour (Besan)
  • Butter milk, Salt to taste.
  • Jaggery, Red chilly powder, Cumin seed, Mustard seed, Fenugreek seed.
  • Clove, Cinnamon, Turmeric (optional)
  • Heat ghee in a pan.
  • Put 1 clove, 1cinnamon, cumin seed, mustard seed, fenugreek seed & pinch of aseafoetida.
  • Add butter milk in it.
  • As butter milk gets boil after 2 minutes add gram flour in it.
  • Stir very well while adding flour to it, to avoid accumulation of flour in buttermilk.
  • Then add salt, jaggery, red chilly powder and turmeric in it.
  • Boil it till it gets a little thick.
