Veg. Dahi wada

Ingredients:

  • 250 gm potato
  • ½ cup carrot (finely chopped)
  • ½ cup french Beans
  • ½ cup green peas (boil it)
  • ½ cup coriander.
  • 50 gm cashew nut.
  • 250 gm black gram.
  • 100 gm green gram.
  • 1 ½ liter Punjabi curd.
  • 1 cup sweet chutney.
  • salt to taste.
  • black pepper powder.
  • cumin seed powder.
  • red chili powder.

 

 

Method::

  • Wash both the gram & crush it.
  • Add salt & ½ cup water.
  • Add salt, red chili powder, garam masala, dried mango powder, sugar powder in boiled vegetables. Make small dugs dip in gram paste & fry it in oil. Put wadas in serving dish & pour curd on it. Spied chutney, salt, cumin powder, coriander leave over it. Make sweet chutney thick like bhel chutney. Avoid adding sweet chutney.
