200 gm rice.
100 gm sugar.
Cinnamom powder, pistachio nut and almond crushed.
200 gm milk.
Soak rice in water for 1hr.
Wash the rice and put it on rough cloth.
Crush rice with a roller.
Take milk in a pan and put crushed rice and sugar in it.
Allow the rice to cook for about 15mts.
Then garnish it with almond,and pistachionut and cinnamom powder.
Your KHEER is ready.
You can also boil the rice in a pressure cooker & stir it well speedily, immediately after removing from cooker.
