  • 200 gm rice.
  • 100 gm sugar.
  • Cinnamom powder, pistachio nut and almond crushed.
  • 200 gm milk.
  • Soak rice in water for 1hr.
  • Wash the rice and put it on rough cloth.
  • Crush rice with a roller.
  • Take milk in a pan and put crushed rice and sugar in it.
  • Allow the rice to cook for about 15mts.
  • Then garnish it with almond,and pistachionut and cinnamom powder.
  • Your KHEER is ready.
  • You can also boil the rice in a pressure cooker & stir it well speedily, immediately after removing from cooker.
