Ingredients:
500 gm Paneer.
500 gm Sugar (powdered)
100 gm Mava (khoya)
Cardamom.
Rosewater.
Method
:
Prepare Paneer as per the given method.
Smash paneer properly with soft hands.
Add mava (khoya) & sugar.
Heat this mixer on slow flame.
Keep stirring till its consistency is thick.
When done add cardamom.
Invert it into lightly greased plate.
Let in cool.
Sprinkle some rose water on it cut into pieces & serve.
