Ingredients:
  • 500 gm Paneer.
  • 500 gm Sugar (powdered)
  • 100 gm Mava (khoya)
  • Cardamom.
  • Rosewater.
 
Method:
  • Prepare Paneer as per the given method.
  • Smash paneer properly with soft hands.
  • Add mava (khoya) & sugar.
  • Heat this mixer on slow flame.
  • Keep stirring till its consistency is thick.
  • When done add cardamom.
  • Invert it into lightly greased plate.
  • Let in cool.
  • Sprinkle some rose water on it cut into pieces & serve.
