Ingredients:
  • 2 liters Milk.
  • 5-6 RasGulla.
  • Cardamom.
  • Nutmeg.
  • Almonds/ Raisins/ Pistachios.
  • Saffron.
  • Sugar as per taste.
 
Method:
  • Prepare rasgullas from the given method.
  • Boil 2 liters of milk.
  • When it starts boiling remove from heat & add saffron, sugar, dry fruits, cardamom & nutmeg.
  • Mix properly.
  • Then again bring it to boil till it starts thickening.
  • Keep on stirring continuously.
  • When done remove from heat & let it cool & keep stirring.
  • Then add the rasgullas from the sugar syrup (chashni).
  • Garnish sliced dry fruits refrigerate it & serve.
