Rose Sondesh
  • 1 ½ liters Milk
  • 5 tbsp Sugar
  • Prepare paneer with the given method.
  • Add sugar & heat it on slow flame till the sugar water burns completely.
  • Keep stirring continuously.
  • When done remove from heat & let it cool.
  • Smash it lightly with the help of grinding stone.
  • Add rose essence & mix properly.
  • Make into balls & sondesh are ready to serve.
  • You can use different moulds to make different shapes.
  • You can also use different flavors as chocolate (using coco powder) coconut (using desiccated coconut & coconut flavor) etc.
