1 ½ liters Milk
5 tbsp Sugar
Prepare paneer with the given method.
Add sugar & heat it on slow flame till the sugar water burns completely.
Keep stirring continuously.
When done remove from heat & let it cool.
Smash it lightly with the help of grinding stone.
Add rose essence & mix properly.
Make into balls & sondesh are ready to serve.
You can use different moulds to make different shapes.
You can also use different flavors as chocolate (using coco powder) coconut (using desiccated coconut & coconut flavor) etc.
