Kaju Puri
Ingredients:
  • Cashew nuts (powdered) - 1½ cup (hipped)
  • Powdered sugar - ¾th cup
  • Powdered cardamom - 1 tsp
  • Saffron - ½ tsp
  • Cold milk - 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Butter paper
  • Wooden tray or Oven tray
 
Method:
  • Mix powdered cashew nuts, sugar, cardamom, and saffron and make medium dough of this mixer using milk.
  • Divide into equal parts.
  • Keep the dough between 2 plastic sheets & roll it round.
  • Place the shaped dough on a butter paper in a tray.
  • Bake it in a preheated oven at 350° to 400° for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • When done, let it cool & serve.
