- 10 Cardamoms
(dissolved in water)
- 4 Almonds
- 3 tsp Ghee
tbsp Powdered Sugar
all the ingredients of stuffing.
ghee in a pan & roast mava in it for 2 minutes.
from heat & cool & mix all the ingredients of stuffing in it.
sugar in a vessel & add water till sugar dips completely.
sugar water to one stringed sugar syrup.
done, add mava & heat for two minutes.
add crushed kaju or pistachio in it.
Stir till it starts leaving vessel.
color & essence.
check, take a little mixer in a plate & roll it with finger if it
binds itself into ball, its ready.
done, remove from heat.
your palms with powdered sugar & smash the mixer properly with palms
& bind it.
place it in between two plastic bags & roll it into ¼ inch
it into pieces of 2 by 1 inch.
the prepared stuffing in between & wrap it into a roll.
each roll in the same manner & cover them all with silver foil.
