Anjeer Pak
 Ingredients:
  • 500 gm Anjeer (fig)
  • 2 liters Milk.
  • 5 gm Cardamom.
  • 500 gm Sugar.
  • 500 gmDesiccated coconut.
  • 25 gm Almond - pistachio (small pieces)
  • Dates (optional)
 
Method:
  • Firstly keep milk for boiling.
  • By the time cut fig into small pieces & add it to boiling milk & stir it well.
  • Boil milk till its consistency is thick enough & anjeer is baked well & milk & anjeer mixer is converted into paste.
  • Thereafter, add sugar, coconut, cardamom, almonds & pistachio.
  • Heat this mixer on medium flame & when thickened, pour it into the dish greased properly with ghee.
  • After sometime cut into pieces.
