Khajur Pak
Ingredients:
250 gm Dates (khajur)
25 gm Almond.
25 gm Pistachio.
100 gm Sugar.
50 gm Desiccated coconut (powdered)
200 gm Mava (khoya)
100 gm
Ghee.
Method
:
Firstly wash dates clean, take out its seeds & crush dates.
Roast mava (khoya) in ghee in a thick bottom pan.
Then roast add crushed dates & desiccated coconut one after the other & roast them well.
Thereafter, when all ingredients are cooled, add sugar, almond & pistachio.
Transfer the mixer in properly greased dish.
When cooled cut into square pieces.
