Khajur Pak
 Ingredients:
  • 250 gm Dates (khajur)
  • 25 gm Almond.
  • 25 gm Pistachio.
  • 100 gm Sugar.
  • 50 gm Desiccated coconut (powdered)
  • 200 gm Mava (khoya)
  • 100 gm Ghee.
 
Method:
  • Firstly wash dates clean, take out its seeds & crush dates.
  • Roast mava (khoya) in ghee in a thick bottom pan.
  • Then roast add crushed dates & desiccated coconut one after the other & roast them well.
  • Thereafter, when all ingredients are cooled, add sugar, almond & pistachio.
  • Transfer the mixer in properly greased dish.
  • When cooled cut into square pieces.
