Kopra Pak (Coconut Sweet)
 Ingredients:
  • 500 gm Grated coconut .
  • 375 m sugar.
  • 6 cardamoms .
  • 2 gm Baking powder.
  • 10 gm Ghee.
  • Food colour yellow (optional)
 
Method:
  • Firstly take sugar & water (till sugar dips) in a vessel & boil sugar water to two stringed syrup (i.e. do tari chashni).
  • When done, add baking powder & stir well.
  • Immediately add desiccated coconut & cardamom.
  • Stir well till its consistency is thick.
  • When much thickened put it in the dish greased properly with ghee.
  • When cooled make square pieces & its ready to eat.
