Pak (Coconut Sweet)

Ingredients:

- 500
gm Grated coconut .
- 375
m sugar.
- 6
cardamoms .
- 2
gm Baking powder.
- 10
gm Ghee.
- Food
colour yellow (optional)

Method:
- Firstly
take sugar & water (till sugar dips) in a vessel & boil sugar
water to two stringed syrup (i.e. do tari chashni).

When done, add baking powder & stir well.

Immediately add desiccated coconut & cardamom.
- Stir
well till its consistency is thick.
- When
much thickened put it in the dish greased properly with ghee.

When cooled make square pieces & its ready to eat.
