Method:
- Take
a vessel put 1 tbsp of water in the bottom & then pour milk in it.
(This will help milk not to stick at the bottom).
- Bring
it to boil.
- Once
it starts boiling lower the heat & boil it stirring continuously
till its colour is a slight brownish & its quantity is almost half
i.e. its thick enough as basundi.
- When
done, add sugar, cardamom, nutmeg & dry fruits.
- Remove
from heat and let it cool.
- Keep
on stirring till it cools.
- Tasty
basundi is ready to be served
