Karachi halva
Ingredients:
  • 1 ½ cup corn flour.
  • ½ cup water.
  • 2cup sugar.
  • 1 spoon lemon juice.
  • Color.
  • Dry fruit.
  • 2 sp. ghee.
  • Butter scotch essence or vanilla essence.
 
Method:
  • Mix corn flour in 1 ¼ cup water & stir it.
  • Boil 2cup sugar in 1 glass of water till sugar dissolves.
  • Add 1tbsp lemon juice in the dissolved sugar.
  • Add color.
  • Add corn flour mixture in it and slowly stir it continuously.
  • When the mixture separate put 2spoon ghee in it.
  • In the end sprinkle dry fruits & put off the gas.
  • Add essence in the mixture after putting down from the gas & spread in a plate.
