Sabudana Paysam
 Ingredients:
  • 2 tsp Sabudana.
  • 1 pinch Saffron.
  • Sugar as per taste
  • 10 - 12 Cashew nuts.
  • 2 cups Milk.
  • 1 tsp Cardamom Powder.
  • Water as required.
 
Method:
  • Wash sabudana clean & soak them in water for about 10 to15 minutes.
  • Then boil milk in a large pan.
  • When milk starts boiling add sabudana & let the milk boil properly.
  • When sabudana are properly cooked stir it continuously so that it gets properly mixed with the milk.
  • When done add saffron dissolved in water, cashew nuts, sugar & cardamom powder.
  • Mix well.
  • Serve hot.
