Sevai
(Vermicelli) Paysam

| Ingredients:

- 1
small pack Sevai (vermicelli)
- 1
pinch Saffron.
- 1
liter Milk.
- 10
Cashew nuts.
- 200
gm Sugar.
- 2 Clove.
- Ghee
as required.
- Raisins
for garnishing.
- 1
tsp Cardamom Powder.

Method:
- Heat
ghee in vessel & roast vermicelli in it till slight brown.
- Then
add little hot water to it.
- Stir
till the vermicelli is properly cooked in it.
-
When done add sugar & stir till it dissolves completely.
- Then
add milk to it.
- Stir
till it thickens.
- When
done add cashew nuts, clove, saffron (dissolved in milk), raisins &
cardamom powder.
- Mix
well.
- Serve
hot.
