Sevai (Vermicelli) Paysam
 Ingredients:
  • 1 small pack Sevai (vermicelli)
  • 1 pinch Saffron.
  • 1 liter Milk.
  • 10 Cashew nuts.
  • 200 gm Sugar.
  • 2 Clove.
  • Ghee as required.
  • Raisins for garnishing.
  • 1 tsp Cardamom Powder.
 
Method:
  • Heat ghee in vessel & roast vermicelli in it till slight brown.
  • Then add little hot water to it.
  • Stir till the vermicelli is properly cooked in it.
  • When done add sugar & stir till it dissolves completely.
  • Then add milk to it.
  • Stir till it thickens.
  • When done add cashew nuts, clove, saffron (dissolved in milk), raisins & cardamom powder.
  • Mix well.
  • Serve hot.
