1 cup Plain yogurt/curd.
1 cup Sour cream.
3/4 cup powdered Sugar or as per taste.
1 tbsp Almonds sliced.
1/4 tsp Cardamom powder.
Hung curd in a muslin cloth to remove water.
Keep for at least four hours to drain out completely.
Take out thick curd in a bowl and mix it properly in sour cream.
Add powdered sugar and mix well.
Stir in cardamom powder and sliced almonds.
Keep in the refrigerator till serving time.
For decoration sprinkle a little cardamom powder, charoli and sliced almonds.
