In Gujarati
  • 1 cup Plain yogurt/curd.
  • 1 cup Sour cream.
  • 3/4 cup powdered Sugar or as per taste.
  • 1 tbsp Almonds sliced.
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder.
  • Hung curd in a muslin cloth to remove water.
  • Keep for at least four hours to drain out completely.
  • Take out thick curd in a bowl and mix it properly in sour cream.
  • Add powdered sugar and mix well.
  • Stir in cardamom powder and sliced almonds.
  • Keep in the refrigerator till serving time.
  • For decoration sprinkle a little cardamom powder, charoli and sliced almonds.
