DOUGH
  • To make chappatis soft & white prepare dough with warm water.
  • Mix rice flour while making dough of wheat flour.
  • Add a spoon of curd & salt while preparing dough.
  • Mix maida in wheat flour & use maida as ataman.
  • While making samosas mix rice flour in refined wheat flour (maida).
  • To make tasty patras mix chana flour with semolina (rava).
  • To make crispy and bulged puris put little semolina or a bit of semolina (rava) and sugar.
  • To make soft & bulged puris put ghee in the flour.
  • While grinding wheat mix soyabeans in it to make chappatis tasty & nutritious.
SWEETS
  • Roast bengal gram flour in oven thus the proportion of ghee will decrease and the barfis will be tasty.
  • While preparing dudhpaak put two spoons of wheat flour tied in a thin cloth into the boiling milk to make it creamish in colour.
  • To make soft cake use spoilt milk.
  • Put little paneer in mava to make black gulab jamun.
  • Put gundar in ghee at night while preparing gundarpak so that it becomes soft and doesn't stick to the teeth.
VEGETABLE
  • While cooking cauliflower put a spoon of milk in it to keep it white.
  • To make tasty vegetable soup, first roast all vegetable in little butter.
  • Tender stem of coriander leaves, makes soup or vegetables tasty.
