2)  The village Mahajans/NGO’S:

may adopt Schools, temples, library, colleges, dispensaries and cultural centers, etc and to corroborate with various agencies engaged in Rehabilitation process.


2  3)  The Donor:

The effective use of penny of donor will inspire him for more and more contribution and generation of more and more funds. The donor institution or individual may transfer total funds by banks and assess the progress of the work on Internet from time to time. This whole process will be an example

to canalize the funds for such disaster management on right track. The right use of the funds at right time in the right hands is evident with such effective management.

The NRI /donor has following alternatives:

A)     Adopt the village /villages                          B) Adopt the individual/individuals

C)    Establish community centers                   D) Sourcing of proper material at minimum cost.

E)     To cater socio-psycho-cultural and educational needs or requirements of the villagers

F) Help to set the disaster management awareness at various levels. 

4) The Beneficiary:

The beneficiary has to keep on informing report of Rehabilitation progress to donor and has to open a bank account in the nearby area and get funds according to progress of contribution..

Certain points were stated to the government of Gujarat for allocation of Area, Place, building of houses which is stated below in the project and the beneficiary will co-operate maximum to the honorable government, and Mahajans and  NGO’S to carry out work expediately.

THE RECENT VISIT OF HON EX PRESIDENT OF U.S.A AND A DISASTER MANAGEMENT GROUP MAY TAKE USE OF SUCH EFFECTIVE AND TRANSPARENCY METHOD TO MOBILISE WORK OF REHABILITATION

The preface of the scheme I is as follows:

1)      The survey carried out by government and NGO’S represents mainly the area of the house ,the plot size & situation , the location, and details of damages.

2)      The beneficiary is entitled to a particular area decided by the government and NGO’S as free of cost.

3)      The beneficiary is entitled to the area he had possessed and the location will the same as before the earthquake or as decided in consultation with the government and the neighbor may be same.
