1) The beneficiary will be entitled to build the structure of a specified area free of cost as per r the scheme as decided by N.G.O. & Government, for the balance area in excess to the above specified area which he had in possession he may get soft loan for building the same which will be arranged by government. The beneficiary will be entitled for the area (free of cost) as decided and the loan amount for the extra structure he intends to build but not exceeding the area of his previous structure. The extra soft loan taken by the beneficiary will be under mortgage till the disbursement of the loan gets over with No stamp duty on the transaction.

2) The development of the city or village roads of 18’ and 12’ respectively and will be as per the town planning or village planning body appointed by the government. Narrow roads will not be allowed an if any as per the existing layout will be trimmed from the beneficiary land as free and compulsory.

3) All this construction in cities or villages will be done taking into account disaster management concepts i.e No tall building if suggested, etc..

Scheme I

The proposed scheme for Rehabilitation has following vital ingredients:

Open Bank Account

The beneficiary has to open an account in nearby bank and all payment installation will be done by cheque depending upon the progress of the construction.

Donor Deposits money in Beneficiary’s Account

The donor has selection of particular beneficiary or beneficiary village and with the consent of government and the full payment by the donor will be deposited in the beneficiary account subjected to use(In case of default on part of beneficiary the repartition of the amount may be permitted in few cases or it may be diverted to some other beneficiary). The donor will issue consent of payment installation as per the progress of work.

Carry out Work of Rehabilitation as per planning

The NGO’s and Government will co-ordinate the rehabilitation work as per the planning with the help of consultants and contractors. The NGO’s will help in sourcing the construction & other required material , as well as clear all formalities .

Posting of Information by photography & Reporting on Net

The digital photography will mobilize further funds automatically since the funds are already deposited by the donor in the bank i.e. funds will be issued based on the progress of work. In case setting of computerized facility is not possible the NGO’S verdict will be honored.

Stage wise payment Release

The payment is divided into 5 stages of construction and the last stage may cover their needs .
