The beneficiary will be entitled to build the
structure of a specified area free of cost as per r the scheme as decided
by N.G.O. & Government, for the balance area in excess to the above
specified area which he had in possession he may get soft loan for
building the same which will be arranged by government. The beneficiary
will be entitled for the area (free of cost) as decided and the loan
amount for the extra structure he intends to build but not exceeding the
area of his previous structure. The extra soft loan taken by the
beneficiary will be under mortgage till the disbursement of the loan gets
over with No stamp duty on the transaction. 2)
The
development of the city or village roads of 18’ and 12’ respectively
and will be as per the town planning or village planning body appointed by
the government. Narrow roads will not be allowed an if any as per the
existing layout will be trimmed from the beneficiary land as free and
compulsory. 3)
All this
construction in cities or villages will be done taking into account
disaster management concepts i.e No tall building if suggested, etc.. Scheme I The proposed scheme for Rehabilitation has
