Mutter Paneer
Ingredients:
  • 100 gm green peas.
  • 50 gm paneer.
  • 1tsp fresh cream.
  • Ginger.
  • 2 to 3 cloves of garlic.
  • 1 medium onion.
  • Ghee.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Roasted cumin seeds.
  • Chilly.
  • Turmeric.
  • ½ tea sp black masala.
Method:
  • Boil green peas.
  • Make ginger, garlic and chilly paste.
  • Make tomato gravy.
  • Heat ghee in a pan and roast onion.
  • Add all masala.
  • Add tomato puree.
  • Add shredded paneer and fresh cream.
  • As gravy is ready add roasted cumin seed, salt, green peas.
  • At the time of serving if you feel the gravy is dry then add 1tsp milk.
  • Crush paneer and add in the vegetable.
  • Fresh cream and paneer makes vegetable sweet.
