Mutter Paneer
Ingredients:
100 gm green peas.
50 gm paneer.
1tsp fresh cream.
Ginger.
2 to 3 cloves of garlic.
1 medium onion.
Ghee.
Salt to taste.
Roasted cumin seeds.
Chilly.
Turmeric.
½ tea sp black masala.
Method:
Boil green peas.
Make ginger, garlic and chilly paste.
Make tomato gravy.
Heat ghee in a pan and roast onion.
Add all masala.
Add tomato puree.
Add shredded paneer and fresh cream.
As gravy is ready add roasted cumin seed, salt, green peas.
At the time of serving if you feel the gravy is dry then add 1tsp milk.
Crush paneer and add in the vegetable.
Fresh cream and paneer makes vegetable sweet.
