Bajara ni Rotli
Ingredients:
For dough:
  • 2cup bajra flour.
  • 1pinch of salt.
For stuffing:
  • 2 tbsp fenugreek leaves (finely chopped)
  • ½ cup shredded paneer.
  • 1 green chilly (finely chopped)
  • Salt to taste.
 
Method:

For Dough:

  • Add salt & hot water in bajra flour & make into dough.
  • Make 16 portions of it & make each chapatti from it.
Method:
  • Apply some stuffing on the chapatti.
  • Put another chapatti on top of it.
  • Press it properly.
  • Roast every chapatti in the pan without oil.
  • Serve it hot.
  • If liked serve some home made butter on it.
