Poha Chivda
 Ingredients:
  • 500gm nylon poha.
  • 50gm daliya.
  • 50gm groundnut.
  • ½sp turmeric.
  • Sesame.
  • Dry coconut.
  • 8 to10 green chilies.
  • Oil as needed.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Curry leaves.
  • Powdered sugar as per taste.
 
Method:
  • Roast the nylon poha.
  • Fry groundnut & dry coconut in little oil.
  • Then fry sesame, daliya curry leaves & green chilies.
  • Add poha, powdered sugar, salt & turmeric in the mixture.
