The American Indian Foundation have a tremendous opportunity and assurance for their donation and will have no grievances or query for the usage of the funds. This will reduce the burden of NGO’S , Government and mobilize the right use of all the resources and aims at the highest degree of self management. This whole process will rebuild the Kutch with the blink of eyes. However it will be done under the scientific leadership of a world leader and the beloved ExPresident his highness ‘Bill Jefferson Clinton’

The various other schemes have been proposed from time to time to the honourable chief minister of Gujarat and to the relevant authorities connected to Earthquake.

Scheme II: Tree Plantation

The Gujarat and particularly Kutch has a vast desert area which has to be protected from extending or expanding and this can be done with a long term view and making more and more cultivated land from desert in a particular span of time and such work can be undertaken by Government and people of Kutch.

            The simple scheme is suggested which involves a leased hold land of 10 to 20 acres to be allotted for farming purpose. (The Babul tree project which is enclosed herewith) and the same may be at a later date converted into free hold cultivated land at a reasonable rate by Government.

            Initial stage a certain meager amount of Rs 5,000 approx for buying farming equipment and Rs 10,000 approx for buying bullock cart may be given. The water supply resources if possible can be arranged for the plantation.

            The scheme is not limited to only babul tree but many other trees such as the neem tree, tamarind or medicated tree or water storage tree especially for desert, etc. are to be considered.

Scheme III: Provide Soft Loans.

The scheme III aims particularly for resettlement by providing soft loans/ facilities available throughout world by various institutes of donations, foundations, charitable organizations, etc for the beneficiary for resettlement at subsidized rate to conduct or establish business.
