Scheme VI: Set up KUTCH GLOBAL UNIVERSITY

The whole infrastructure is required to be set up all over again and in such circumstances we propose to establish A Kutch Global University (Kindly refer detailed project report) which will be instrumental in not only stimulating the growth of the region, but will also open up new avenues for bringing the world under one umbrella of Education.

Our Kutchi community is considered to be one amongst the intelligent community in the whole world. In the past too are people have shown a remarkable performance in the field of education. With the establishment of Kutch Global University, Kutchi people will get a boost to their present performance and will be encouraged to derive more better results in the future. This suggestion, which will open new areas and employment opportunities.

Scheme VII: Development of Natural Ports

The time has arised to rebuild Kutch and develop commercial opportunities for the local people. In view to this we propose to make use of the natural ports for generating sources of income. With the proper development of these Natural ports, Kutch will gain world wide recognition as an important centre for economic development. Thus the redevelopment of these natural ports in a scientific manner is essential (Detailed Project report is attached herewith)

Scheme VIII: An Attractive scheme for Resettlement of the villages and city for only 35 million US dollars:

          Preface: The business people in villages and cities have become homeless and lifeless. To inspire them a small contribution would bring the whole business cycle of Kutch active, since these people are catering day to day needs plus are catalyst to the village and city economy. So the resettlement with such a small amount will improve the life of the Kutchi businessmen in the Kutch and this will mobilize many more resources and thus Kutch will become active. The money parted over here is

specially meant for Resettlement and not Rehabilitation.
